Reiki is a form of energy healing known as "universal life force energy.” This energy flows through the hands & aura to heal and upgrade the place of intention. Level 1 focuses on infusion of the power of the universe through the Cho Ku Rei symbol, which acts like a light switch to bring physical healing. The focus of intention is on Self healing. Level 1 can be used on its own, or as a first step in a path towards healing others and/or teaching.

Christina and Cody will be guiding a sound-infused meditative reiki journey for integration after the class receives their attunement. 

Christina is a Reiki Master/Teacher attuned in 2019. She devotedly serves as a channel for Reiki energy to those ready to align and heal body/mind/emotions and spirit. The nearly universal impact of her service is a feeling of peace and calm, and ranges from emotional release to pain relief to mystical experiences.

Cody is a star based astrologer, energetic alchemist and intuitive channel. Cody has been able to see into the other realms since she was born and is guided to assist the community through her connection to spirit, star knowledge and experience. Cody facilitates reiki, breathwork and sound meditations at Lizard Yoga.  She believes in the power of Astrology to help create a grounded framework for soul expression as well as practical approach to otherworldly information. Cody facilitates guided meditation, sound design and creates containers for personal healing and collective activation. Cody is a certified reiki master, holistic health practitioner and teacher. Cody has been seeing clients since 2015.
