Cozy in to receive a guided relaxation, inspired by Yoga Nidra. Nidra is Sanskrit for sleep. We will settle in with body relaxation, breath awareness through the body, relaxed exploration of polarities/opposites, guided visualization, and grounding return. The experience will be infused with healing sound.
This practice is ideal for those seeking deep rest & relaxation in a safe & comfortable environment. It may enhance feelings of inner peace, pure awareness, and wellbeing. Better sleep & feeling calm are also possible through this easy practice.
